Do you want to learn to understand and manage your emotions, thoughts and associated sensations?
In this workshop we will learn the complex interplay of the different variables that shape and build an almost unlimited number of emotions...and you will also have fun with our group dynamics!

SOCIAL SKILLS WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
Do you think your child finds it hard to relate to others? In this workshop they will learn skills to make friends and bond better with others, learn to express opinions, desires, increase initiative, identify and communicate emotions and develop empathy among other things...as well as having a great time!
